Firstly I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for voting on 2nd May and putting your trust and faith in me to make changes and to work towards putting the environment and the communities which we live in first and foremost.

Since retiring from full time work last year after working for more then 40 years I have enjoyed spending more time walking in the countryside and volunteering. I have also become much more involved with the Green Party. Of course, at the Green Party we are concerned with the future of our planet but we also believe in putting communities first and defending them.

We live in challenging times with the effects of a changing environment and the increasing pressure on our beautiful green spaces. I believe the answer to these challenges comes from us all and the communities we live in. And, by engaging with everyone, we can hopefully find some answers to these questions.
