In our second film screening we are showing Burned: Are Trees the New Coal?, a powerful and highly relevant investigation into the climate impact of biomass. Wood biomass is the latest false solution to climate change. The film tells the story of how biomass has become the alternative-energy savior for the power-generation industry. The film is a visceral account of the accelerating destruction of our woods and forests for fuel.
